How can I make my reservation?

To make a reservation at Estrela Lake, you must follow these steps:

1st - Select the post/swim where you want to fish;

2nd - Select the desired date;
 
3rd - Make the payment to guarantee your reservation at Estrela Lake;

Note: Only reservations made on our website will be accepted. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact us estrela.lake@gmail.com.

Can I withdraw from my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes ! The fisherman may cancel his reservation with us, 48 hours after the initial reservation.
Withdrawal must be communicated via email, indicating the name of the fisherman, date of reservation and reason for withdrawal. After giving up, the fisherman will be able to reschedule his reservation for an available date in the current period.

How can I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

The fisherman will be entitled to a refund if he meets the 48-hour withdrawal period for the initial reservation. The refund will be executed after 15 working days via Paypal, Stripe or another means of payment, chosen by the fisherman. If the fisherman does not purchase within the 48-hour period of reserve resistance, he will not be entitled to any refund.
