. In this Lake catch and release fishing is mandatory;

. All reservations will only be confirmed after payment of 50% of the value;

. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the Lake (Cash, Debit Card, Visa);

. Lake entry time is 12pm and exit time is 10:00am;

. Anglers may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of making the booking.

. Cancellation must be communicated via email, indicating the angler's name, reservation date and reason for cancellation.

. After cancellation (reservation made within 48 hours), the angler may reschedule their reservation for an available date in the current period (12 months), or be refunded the amount paid.

. At reception, we provide a brief demonstration of safe rigging types for fish release in case of snags or broken line;

. At check-in, a deposit is required (standard swims 150€, VIP swims 250€) for the good condition of equipment found in the swims (Boat, retention sack, landing net and weighing sack), as well as rented equipment (battery, motor and rods) by the angler.

. No personal equipment that has direct contact with fish is allowed such as landing net, weighing sack, unhooking mat.... All this equipment is provided to each angler on the day of entry to the Lake and they will be responsible for it.

. Personal boats are not allowed, the Lake is responsible for them at no additional cost.

. Life jacket is mandatory whenever inside the boat on the Lake.

. Respect the Lake signage;

. Always respect your SWIM boundaries, rods must remain in your fishing space;

. Each captured fish must be disinfected both in the mouth and other possible wounds on the body;

. For fishing in this lake each angler must have a disinfectant, if you don't have one you can purchase it in our Shop;

. H marker buoys are prohibited;

. All fish after capture must be handled with great care and returned to the water as quickly as possible, maximum time 5 minutes.

. Retaining any type of fish is prohibited without the presence of the Lake guide.

. All fish captured above 15kg must immediately notify the Lake Guide to assist in handling and preservation, it is not permitted to remove the fish from the water while the Guide is not present;

. It is prohibited to transport fish with the landing net to the mat, each angler will be provided with a sack for transport and weighing;

. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, otherwise you will forfeit the deposit;

. Keepnets and retention sacks are prohibited;

. Always keep your SWIM clean and organised, materials such as unhooking mat, landing net and weighing/transport sack always close to the Rods and set up to receive fish at any time;

. You must keep your swim clean at all times. Rubbish bins are available. For ecological reasons and general wellbeing you must separate your waste;

. If you are a smoker, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

. The Lake has bicycles available for rent for movement within our space, check price list;

. Extremely prohibited to leave rods unattended when cast into the water;

. Swims have a maximum capacity for two anglers;

. Fires or Barbecues are prohibited in the Swims (Due to Fire Hazard);

. We will have appropriate areas for Barbecues;

. Each Swim has a life buoy for your safety;

. For the wellbeing of our friends we only allow Seeds that are still sealed or purchased at the Lake;

. The use of flour-type baits is prohibited;

. Whole Tiger Nuts are only allowed for hookbaits, for feeding they must be properly crushed;

. Must use safe rigs;

. The use of Lead Core or Shockleader is prohibited in this Lake;

. Braided mainline is prohibited (Mother Line);

. The reel line must go directly to the Clip, without hooklengths or shockleaders or any type of Knot before the Clip that will prevent the lead from running freely;

. In-line rigs prohibited;

. Only hooks with Micro Barb or Barbless are authorised;

. Permitted hook sizes are from 2 to 10;

. LongShank Hooks are prohibited;

. Each angler can fish with 3 rods, only one additional rod rental is allowed per angler (4 rods per angler).

. Minimum mainline strength is 15lb and maximum hooklength strength is 25lb;

. Baitboats are allowed, check if well dried and disinfected if possible the areas of contact with water;

. Each user of the premises (of legal age) is responsible for their actions, the actions of minors and pets accompanying them.

. Owners are fully responsible for their animals' actions, as well as cleaning up their waste.

. Motor vehicles may only remain by the swims for loading and unloading equipment, and must be parked in the car park designated by those responsible for the remaining period.

. The changing rooms are available to all clients and companions 24 hours a day, remember to respect others.

. It is strictly prohibited to perform any physiological needs outdoors, under penalty of expulsion from the premises and future return.

. The regulations are signed by each angler and companion upon arrival before heading to their swim;

. Any angler who does not respect these rules, the fish, the environment or the Lake team will be expelled. Failure to comply with any rule presented above or any damage caused within our premises may result in the Lake Management determining expulsion from the premises and demanding the amount relating to the entire reservation and costs that may arise;

. It is important that you agree with all internal rules.
